The School Day (Year 1 - Year 6)

Pupils from Year 1 and above may arrive at school at 8.00am and join Early Morning Care.

Registration starts at 8.20am, followed by Assembly at 8.35am. There are different daily assemblies - once a week the School Chaplain leads a service for the Prep School in the Chapel. Parents are invited to regular Family Eucharist services. On other days, assemblies are led by members of staff, pupils and the Head of the Prep School, including regular 'Celebration' assemblies.

Lessons start at 9.00am and there is a break at 10.40am. Lessons resume at 11.00am, and on four days a week there is an Enrichment period at 11.50am.

Lunch is from 12.30pm until 1.40pm, followed by Maths and English groups until 2.00pm. Afternoon lessons for Key Stage 1 end at 3.25pm, and pupils may be collected then or join the After School Club.

Key Stage 2 lessons end at 3.45pm. There is a short break before Key Stage 2 have supervised prep (homework) from 4.00-4.30pm. Key Stage 2 pupils may be collected from 4.30pm onwards, or join the After School Club.
